Payment
30% deposit on booking. Rest to be paid not later than 6 weeks before departure day
If you book within 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, the entire amount has to be paid
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 42 days before departure: the deposit must be paid
Cancellation between the 42nd and the 28th day before departure: 50% of the total amount
Cancellation between the 28th and 14th day before departure: 75% of the total amount.
Cancellation between the 14th and 7th day before departure: 90% of the total amount.
Cancellation within 7 days before departure: the full amount must be paid
You can book one of these holidays from April to October. The first day of your vacation can be any day of the week. If you want to book a holiday in September or October, book on time, because especially due to the annual truffle fair in Alba, the region is very popular.
Insurances
We assume that the Ebikes supplied by us are used in accordance with our instructions and with policy. Damage to and theft of the Ebike are insured during the holiday. Personal damage and damage to third parties are not insured. We advise you to take a cancellation insurance.
