Is it not too hot for cycling in the summer in Italy
With a racing bike or hybrid bike it can indeed be very hot (and heavy) to cycle in the hills of Piemonte. But with the Ebike it is never too hot. With ease, the Ebike engine supports you on the routes we have set out for you.
Do I still have to pedal or not?
Certainly you still have to pedal. The Ebike engine starts supporting as soon as you start pedaling. So you are certainly still active during your vacation, but you will not arrive at your destination exhausted.
Can the Ebike battery run out during the rides?
Yes, that's possible. But we make sure that you have enough battery capacity to make the routes. After every day of cycling you have to recharge the battery. You will receive instruction from us on how to do this. The Hotels and Agriturismo's are also instructed by us. You can always take the battery into your room to recharge. It takes 6-8 hours to fully charge the battery again.
Is it dangerous to cycle in Italy?
We have made the routes in a way that you cycle as little as possible on main roads and as much as possible on scenically beautiful and quiet roads.
How old do you have to be at least to book this holiday?
There is not a real minimum age. The limitation is more in the length of the person. You must be at least 1.60 m long.
Do I have to bring special clothes for cycling?
No. Cycling with the Ebike is so pleasant that you can make the tours with normal, comfortable clothing. Depending on the weather, you can adjust your clothing choice accordingly. We supply a helmet.
Can 1 person book this holiday?
The price is calculated on a minimum of 2 persons in a 2 person room. Additional charge for the use of single rooms: € 200.00. If one persons books one of these holidays, we also charge extra for the luggage transport. Please contact us for the amount of this surcharge.
Is tourist tax included in the price?
No, the local tourist taxes are not included in the fare. This must be paid locally to the owner of the overnight address. The costs vary from € 0.50 to € 2.00 p.p.p.n. Prices are subject to change.
When is my luggage at the following address?
We strive to have your luggage delivered to your next address by 16.00 at the latest.
Are there any restaurants in the area?
Yes. Or the overnight address has a restaurant or there is a restaurant within walking distance.
Can I extend my holiday?
Yes, that's possible. You can extend every day. This must be indicated at the beginning of your holiday. And ask us first about the price. We can also advise on a stay before or after your Ebike holiday. We live here, so we know many nice holiday accommodations.
